As a matter of fact, the City of Philadelphia's new head of the Philadelphia Youth Commission, Jordan Harris is sharing information regarding the myriad of activities that are available to young people on Tuesday, May 8, 2010 during the Youth Summer Opportunities Fair at the Atrium of the School District of Philadelphia.
